Franklin Templeton Investments, Neuberger Berman Europe and Rogge Global Partners have been named among 39 asset managers that face being kicked off the UK's Stewardship Code, after the Financial Reporting Council followed through with a pledge to name and shame those not pulling their weight.

The FRC has assessed its signatories - which include asset managers, asset owners and service providers - according to how well they report against the code and divided them into three tiers.
