Standard Chartered has offered two years of free housing, paid school fees and German lessons as part of a deal to persuade some of its most senior bankers to quit London for Frankfurt.

The London-listed bank has unveiled the package in order to sweeten mandatory relocations for some of its top bond executives, according to a person with knowledge of the situation.
