Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, the UK-based law firm, has appointed a corporate partner from US rival Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom to bolster its French M&A practice.

David Revcolevschi, 36, who specialises in capital markets and M&A transactions, will join Freshfields in its Paris office.
