Fund listings move closer

The listing of retail funds on the London Stock Exchange is likely to become easier next year after the current review of listing rules has been completed.

An LSE spokesman said as a result of the review, retail fund listings should cost much less. He said the LSE was aware of the way Deutsche Börse had embraced the listing of 2,700 retail funds, which provide investors outside Germany with an avenue to trade in them cheaply.
