European fund managers are optimistic about a healthy recovery in capital markets with over half predicting that global stock markets will be at least 10% higher in 12 months' time, according to latest figures from Morningstar, the fund rating and research firm.

It is the second month in a row that fund managers have expressed the view that a recovery will happen sooner rather than later.
