Fundsmith to wind up Emerging Equities trust as returns fall ‘below expectations’

Fundsmith, the investment house run by star stock-picker Terry Smith, is winding up its Emerging Equities trust amid a run of performance that has fallen "below expectations".
The trust's portfolio could be placed into liquidation by the end of November, according to a 14 September announcement.
