Richard Prvulovich has become one of the first new hires at Gartmore since the fund manager was bought by US-based Nationwide Mutual for £53bn last week.

Prvulovich joins Gartmore Scotland from Investec Guinness Flight in London where he has worked for the last nine years, most recently as a UK equity income manager co-managing £750m of retail assets.
