A healthcare-focused buyout firm founded by former executives from 3i Group, Hermes GPE and JP Morgan has agreed its first deal as it cites strong opportunities for high-growth investments in Europe.

GHO Capital Partners has agreed to buy a majority stake in DNA testing company DNA Diagnostics Center for €104 million, according to a statement.
