GoldenTree, the US fund manager, has signed a deal to use Charles River Compliance, a component of US-based investment management systems and consultancy company Charles River Development's Investment Management System.

Increased regulatory pressures in both the US and Europe is prompting fund managers to turn to compliance systems in order to ensure they meet the demands contained within industry initiatives such as the Basel II Capital Accord.
