Bradley Abelow, managing director of global operations at Goldman Sachs in New York, has joined the board of Omgeo, the joint venture between Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) and Thomson Financial.

He officially joined the board for its meeting this week in Frankfurt. Goldman Sachs was one of the original founders of the Global Straight Through Processing Association, an alternative industry initiative to Omgeo.
