Goldman Sachs has poached Matthew Westerman from NM Rothschild & Sons as a managing director in its equity capital markets division.

In addition to his role at NM Rothschild, Westerman was also joint chief executive of ABN Amro Rothschild, the equity capital markets joint venture between ABN Amro and the UK investment bank.
