Goldman leads Greenhill offer

Goldman Sachs is leading the $86m (€70m) initial public offering of Greenhill & Co, an independent investment banking firm founded in 1996 by Robert Greenhill, a former president at Morgan Stanley.

Before forming his own firm, Greenhill had been chairman and chief executive of Smith Barney, the research house now owned by Citigroup.
