Goldman Sachs has promoted Christian Meissner and Matthew Westerman, the co-heads of European equity capital markets (ECM), to partner level.

Meissner and Westerman have headed European ECM since March, when they replaced Tim Bunting, who became joint global head of ECM alongside David Solomon.
