Goldman Sachs juniors now earn up to $500,000 as Wall Street hikes bonuses

Goldman Sachs has hiked bonuses for its associates as investment banks fight to retain juniors amid a broader surge in compensation on Wall Street. 

Those on the second rung of the investment banking hierarchy have received bonuses of between 175% to 200% of base salary for 2021, according to conversations with juniors and headhunters.
