The London-based head of a key Goldman Sachs division that helps tech startups and other companies raise money without going public — a top priority for the bank — has departed after seven years.
Jennie Holloway, a managing director who led Goldman’s alternative equity capital markets business in the City, left earlier this month to take time out from the industry, according to people with knowledge of what she will do next.
