Goldman Sachs has named two senior managers for its Asia Pacific business, with the appointment of a new head of Australia as well as a chief operating officer for its Japanese investment banking business.

The US banking group has appointed Craig Drummond, as chief executive of Goldman Sachs JBWere, its Australian operation, to replace Terry Campbell who has held the role for the past 10 years
