A slew of top City firms have thrown their weight behind the latest initiative from diversity charity 10,000 Black Interns by offering paid work experience to disabled students.

Goldman Sachs, Capstone, Lloyds Banking Group, PwC and Schroders are among the 22 firms that have signed up to 10,000 Able Interns, which will initially look to secure at least 100 internships for students with a range of disabilities, from visual and hearing impairments to autism, next summer.
