Lincoln Unit Trust Managers (LUTM) has appointed Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM) to manage its newly launched UK equity growth trust.

The new Lincoln Opportunities Trust aims to invest in between 50 to 100 small and mid-cap UK stocks, a sector GSAM believes will benefit from a potential upturn in the UK equity market.
