An industrials specialist from 3i Group has joined LDC, the private equity arm of Lloyds Banking Group which earlier this month committed an extra £100 million to investment opportunities in the sector.

LDC confirmed the hire of Gordon Hague in a statement. He joins from 3i, where he had been a London-based director since 2004 and had responsibility for targeting domestic industrial companies and businesses across the north of the UK.
