Granville Baird, the UK investment banking boutique, is offering equity stakes to attract as many as 20 staff from Credit Lyonnais

Although Granville is still a relatively small operation in Europe with around 200 staff, its parent company Baird is an altogether bigger middle-market player in the US with 10 times as many employees and net assets of $250m (&euro268m). About 50 Granville personnel already have stakes in Baird.
