Mid-market private equity firm Graphite Capital has sold a UK care home operator in its third exit this year, as it nears the end of fundraising for its eighth buyout fund.

Graphite has sold Willowbrook Healthcare, which runs care homes for the elderly, to the company's management and US property investor Health Care Reit, according to a statement from Graphite. The deal's value was undisclosed.
