Jeff Conway, chief executive for Europe, Middle East and Africa at giant custodian bank and asset manager State Street, has reasons to celebrate this year.

In June, the Massachusetts-born 52-year-old will mark 30 years at the Boston-based bank and State Street will mark its 225th anniversary.
