Greenhill, the boutique investment bank, has recruited the chairman of Norwegian insurance company Storebrand as a senior adviser to help grow its business in the Nordic region.

Leiv Nergaard, who also worked as chief financial officer and subsequently adviser to the corporate management of Norsk Hydro during a 38-year career at the Norwegian utility, will join the boutique to offer advice on growing and guiding its business in the Nordic area, the bank said today.
