Greenhill vice-chairman returns to law firm

Weil Gotshal & Manges, a law firm, has rehired a top bankruptcy lawyer, the former vice-chairman of US investment banking boutique Greenhill, as financial services firms prepare for an expected rise in corporate bankruptcies.

Weil Gotshal has recruited Harvey Miller, a former partner of the law firm who left in 2002 to keep working beyond retirement age. He joined Greenhill as head of its bankruptcy and restructuring advisory practice.
