Greenpark Capital, an investment adviser specialising in the private equity secondaries market, is raising capital for its first fund, Greenpark International Investors I.

Greenpark is hoping to raise up to $200m for the purchase of secondary positions in venture capital, buy-out and mezzanine investments.
