Greensill hires former Standard Chartered banker

Greensill, founded eight years ago by former Citigroup and Morgan Stanley banker Lex Greensill, counts a number of former investment bankers among its upper ranks

A former senior banker at Standard Chartered in London has left to join Greensill, a London-based supply-chain finance company linked to the crisis that has engulfed Swiss fund manager GAM.

Greensill, founded eight years ago by former Citigroup and Morgan Stanley banker Lex Greensill, has hired Sean Hanafin as executive chair, a company spokesman confirmed.
