Greg Knight, the global co-head of foreign exchange spot trading at Deutsche Bank, has left the bank, according to two market sources.

Knight will be replaced by Russell Lascala, who is currently head of FX in Japan, a spokesman for Deutsche Bank said. Lascala will become global co-head with Philip Wood, but will remain in Tokyo, keeping his Japanese responsibilities alongside his new ones.
