UK mid-market equity and debt provider Growth Capital Partners has made a third senior appointment in six months as it embarks on deploying its recently raised fund.

The firm has hired Richard Shaw, who previously worked at Clearwater Corporate Finance, as investment manager. Shaw worked for Clearwater on a range of transactions including management buyouts, development capital, company disposals and acquisitions.
