City financiers raise record at Gulls Egg Lunch

Some of the City of London's most prominent financiers were out in force for the annual Gull's Egg City Lunch yesterday, helping to raise a record £100,000 for charity.

The sell-out event, which is a fixture in the City of London's social circuit, was held at the Merchant Taylor's Hall on Threadneedle Street and attended by some 550 guests from business, banking and finance.
