Guy Peters joins X-Cap Securities as head of corporate finance and corporate broking

One of the most senior corporate finance bankers at Seymour Pierce, the UK broker taken into administration in February, has re-emerged at an investment banking boutique.

Guy Peters, who was a managing director in corporate finance at Seymour Pierce, has joined X-Cap Securities as head of corporate finance and corporate broking, according to a statement.
