A former Blackstone dealmaker and ex-president of the German Private Equity and Venture Capital Association has joined a Frankfurt-based SME investor that recently spun out from Belgian private equity firm Gimv Group.
Dr Hanns Ostmeier will serve as shareholder and executive chairman of Halder, where he will contribute to the firm's strategy, fundraising and the development and monitoring of investments. He will also join its investment committee.
