The listed arm of private equity funds of funds manager HarbourVest has set its sights on a September move to London’s main market, following an approximately 35% increase in the company’s expected market capitalisation since it mooted the plans in 2013.
HarbourVest Global Private Equity, which currently has a dual listing on the Specialist Fund Market of the LSE and Euronext Amsterdam, hopes to enter the FTSE 250 with an expected market cap of about £700 million, according to a spokesman.
