SEI Investments, the multi-manager specialist, has promoted Damian Harris to grow its French institutional business and its third-party distribution network around the world.

Harris, who has been with SEI for six years and latterly as manager of portfolios in emerging markets and the Pacific Basin, takes over from Jean-Yves Focaut as head of asset management in France. Focaut left the company recently to set up his own investment consultancy in France.
