Michael Walton has joined Harvest VCT Managers as a director as part of the UK private equity firm's effort to establish a portfolio of up to 25 small and medium-sized private companies to invest in.

Walton, who is a member of the investment committee at Bridgepoint Capital, represents Bridgepoint on the boards of a number of companies from its private equity portfolios.
