Robeco Investment Management, the US-based institutional asset management arm of global fund manager Robeco Group, has appointed the former chief investment officer of the $10.7bn (€8.2bn) Employees' Retirement System of the State of Hawaii.

Kimo Blaisdell will join the firm early this year as senior vice-president of its sales and client relationship team.
