Hawkpoint Partners, the independent corporate finance firm, has lost Michael Cornish, its co-head of technology, media and telecommunications.

Cornish, who has considerable experience working in corporate finance and advising media companies, is to join Convergence Holdings, the technology incubator company which specialises in new media rights and content, as chief executive officer.
