Axa Investment Managers has parted company with Steve Tyson, the firm's head of global equities, yet another casualty of a strategic review last year that saw a large proportion of assets transferred to Axa Rosenberg.

Tyson arrived at the firm just under two years ago and ran its Global Growth fund and World Opportunities fund. The assets of these funds were transfered to Rosenberg when Axa IM farmed out its global and European equities capabilities, making his position redundant.
