Heartwood, a UK wealth management boutique, has hired one of UBS' former directors and a founding member of the Swiss bank's wealth management business in the UK.

Mark Wills joins from UBS Wealth Management where he spent 11 years as an executive director. He was one of the founders of UBS' wealth management business in the UK in 1999 and, according to a source, was consistently one of the top revenue producers.
