Big Four accountancy firm Deloitte and US law firm McDermott Will & Emery are being sued by hedge fund boss Chris Rokos over the failure of a property investment tax scheme.
The boss of $8bn macro hedge fund Rokos Capital Management invested £100m in the scheme but instead of the £39,453,730.70 he expected to save in tax, he received a demand for the same amount from HM Revenue and Customs.
