Brownstone Advisors and Focus Group, both New York-based alternative investment multi-managers, have joined forces to launch the Brownstone Multi-Strategy Fund.

The Brownstone Advisors/Focus Group partnership, which brings together two decades of asset management experience and more than $1bn (€1.2bn) allocated to alternative assets, already has commitments of $10m to $15m.
