Top critics of executive pay named in survey

Henderson, Aviva Investors and JP Morgan have been named among the most active investment managers when voting against company remuneration policies

Henderson Global Investors, Aviva Investors and JP Morgan Asset Management have been named among the most active investment managers when it comes to voting against company remuneration policies.

Henderson was joint top of the list of dissenters, with eight votes against resolutions in 2013 and 2014, according to the research prepared by data provider Proxy Insight for Financial News. It was matched by Wells Fargo Advisors and Florida State Board of Administration. Behind, on seven no votes, were Aviva Investors and JP Morgan Asset Management. The pair were also joined by Bessemer Investment Management, RPMI and Dimensional Fund Advisors on the same number.
