European mid-market buyout firm HgCapital has continued its hiring spree this year by making two senior appointments to its consumer and leisure team, two months after it bolstered its renewable energy practice.

Jason Khaksar has joined as an associate director from accountancy firm KPMG's corporate finance group, where he spent 12 years advising on mid market private equity deals.
