HIG Capital, the private equity firm, has hired Mark Tricolli as a managing director in the firm's growth capital investment affiliate, HIG Growth Partners. Tricolli previously worked at Enhanced Equity Funds, where he was a partner responsible for investments in the healthcare industry. He also worked on investments in the healthcare, consumer, retail and business service industries at JW Childs.
