Switzerland’s national stock market has attracted a raft of influential high-frequency trading firms this year as it attempts to overhaul its electronic trading systems

The SIX Swiss Exchange, Switzerland’s national stock market, has attracted a raft of influential high-frequency trading firms this year as attempts to overhaul its electronic trading systems and keep pace with rival European bourses begin to pay off.

New joiners include Getco, Spire Europe, Hudson River Trading, Sun Trading and Algo Engineering, as well as Dutch trading house All Options, according to market notices of the Zurich-based exchange.
