Wendy's hires advisers for possible sale

Wendy's, the US fast food chain, has mandated two financial advisers to work with its recently formed strategic committee for a possible sale following pressure from shareholders.

JP Morgan will act as lead adviser and Lehman Brothers as co-adviser to the committee as the restaurant group reviews its options.
