Steven Horkulak has won his constructive dismissal case against his former employer Cantor Fitzgerald, the US-owned inter-dealer-broker, which he accused of treating him "like dirt" and subjecting him to verbal bullying and obscenities.

The UK High Court judge, Justice Newman, has ruled that Cantor had breached Horkulak's contract by "reason of the treatment received by him at the hands of his boss, Lee Amaitis". Amaitis is Cantor's international president.
