Houlihan Lokey, the independent investment bank, has continued its expansion in Europe with the appointment of two dealmakers.

Houlihan, which focuses on deals in the mid-market, has recruited ex-HSBC banker Christian Keller to lead its coverage of private equity firms in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
