Houlihan Lokey has hired a senior Rothschild banker for its European capital markets team as the mid-market investment bank continues to bulk up in the region.

Vieri Betti Guaraldi has joined Houlihan Lokey as a managing director within its debt advisory team, the bank said in a statement.
