‘How are you going to learn properly?’: JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon warns of increasing negatives of working from home

Jamie Dimon, the chief executive of JPMorgan, said the negative effects of having thousands of bankers and traders working from home are being felt “more and more” as employees stay away from the office for longer. 

Dimon, who has been a vocal proponent of getting people back into the office in recent months, said that some employees had been less productive and that the “spontaneous creativity” gained from working in the office was lacking, he told the annual Institute of International Finance on 16 October.
