How City firms are still falling short on ethnic diversity in numbers

A new index will track financial services firms’ progress on ethnic diversity

Banks, asset managers, private equity firms and insurance companies are still falling short on efforts to create inclusive companies, according to a survey of 800 employees from 440 UK financial services firms by diversity group Reboot.
